Stept (September 18, 1897 – December 1, 1964), the American songwriter who wrote for Broadway, with lyrics by Lew Brown (December 10, 1893 – February 5, 1958), a lyricist for popular songs in the United States and Charles Tobias (August 15, 1898 – July 7, 1970), the American songwriter. It was featured in the 1942 Broadway musical “Yokel Boy”, starring Phil Silvers and Buddy Ebsen.
